Musical Masterworks’ community involvement program commenced during the 1997-1998 season.

In the past sixteen years, Musical Masterworks has presented over 100 concerts to more than 15,000 students in more than twenty schools, located in New London, Waterford, Old Lyme, Lyme, Old Saybrook, Deep River, Essex, Norwich, and Montville. Artists who have appeared include the Imani Winds, the New England Percussion Ensemble, the Amelia Piano Trio, the Marian Anderson String Quartet, the Chiara String Quartet, the Ritz Chamber Players, the Harlem String Quartet and others.
